Josh has years of industry experience working with lots of different populations; everyday athletes, youth athletes and elite pro’s.

With an extensive background of competing, he understands the physical and mental demands required in sports of all kind.

Combined with an in depth, holistic approach, Josh is well equipped to help you become a better athlete
